The rock is moaning

then the rock groaned. since yesterday the sun
banging his face against the rocks. in the river
whose blood flows I read the
pain of the world:I don't know where
do I keep this summation?
so far i'm stranded. on anisland that no longer recognizes
me, I'm even stranger at theparty of my impending death
I want to go deeper to stir the air
frozen one! God, why in this vibrant world of Yours
I don't smell human?
then the rock groaned.the sun looks fiercely at
the end of the road thatwill separate this world
with another world. I nolonger understand your
melodious voice andmoaning. when my bed fights
with death in that silent night
it's a long journey for rocks. after days
stabbed a million knivesof time. no more regret and
hope the air has broughtsmiles and tears of mourners
into the fluttering prayer and
the rocks groaned.no more smile
that the river sings, except the garden
suddenly appeared

There are Falling Leaves

there are autumn
leaves near my door
and the yellow color
heralds a broken world
through the lands
my heart trembles
looking at my name
looking for a house
I finally have autumn leaves

there are autumn
near my bedroom window
and its burning color
look at me cold

Bottle World

facing the world ofbottles that the radio voiced
the sea inside of meas if foaming. which boat
who can I trust to get me to the
island? whilethe wind is erratic
my heart suddenly doesn't believe in the sea
and the island becamefaint in my eyes. but
I never stop chewingthe bottle, because
the radio alwaysdelivers it to my
desk in fact I'm alreadydead at this table
many times. but in
The bottle world that my grave
radio sent hasn'teven been recited!

Like Ants

like an ant climbing the hills

how far and tiringthis journey is
but with a burning chest and always
save his language

also go this animal to the cage
counting the hills climbed
It feels like just yesterday we
like an ant climbing the hills
I'm also going there with grass

facing straight towards the sun

1993

At the Height of the Sun

at the height of the sun
sweaty grass. his hands
reach you restless. a day
full of carnagelay down his guts
just scream. only screams echo
in those barren fields
then silence then silence
then silence then silence
the river flies the stones

Clothes

I wore the clothes of people
before me. become muslim
to the crowd: a busy month, the
mosque surau recites the Koran
never lonely from
mentioning names

So, am I a Muslim and have
become pious? in my head
growing a cap, my fingers repeat
the beads of tasbih.blanketed hair
Aurat is no longer readable
throughout the month that always
glow from night to
dawn. from morning
until the evening is blessed

Am I the chosen
one walking in line
chosen people?

I wore this outfit in the
crowd, but it didn't arrive
to my heart

I can't stop spelling
every time I recite
collect the words of the aulia,

dear Allah

Wind

the wind keeps its promise
the moon smiles there

I walked tirelessly.
in the desert
which is forbidden water
and food during the dusty day
except the night, except for
love until the dawn. when angel
down: shed its wings?

the wind caresses, the moon
keeps its promise to come
bring joy. I was blown away
by the smell of your fragrance
choice man. I swear
you're an errand boy
and I have to look for your
every step even to raudhah
as well as a resting house

A Way

a road to my house
open every time. without
forests and thornyflowers. I also
can cross anytime
to anchor longing

no call because
my love will deliver
to a path that since
father's children have been
introduce me here so I
don't neglect the Koran
and understand the meaning of prostration

then a road to my house

now it's inside me
I go home and go

will not stray to
another destination:
You

End

If the sun rises
and I'm still awake
loyal to you I ask
this is not the end
even though you prepare
the cover sheet at first

because I always miss you

and want to be
together like on the moon
which you attribute
as the head of
from the other

if the sun rises
and returns to origin
let my eyes water

because that's the only
thing I regret my negligence

when the sun is gone
and I'm still standing
in sadness leave me there

to spell takbir
tahmid tahlil again
which is not finished

I will remember my
whole journey: prostration
and recite. empty
and broken friendship
in the dusty stream

and in the vacant land I preach

mahligai garden hope

— my lips my belly

only yours —

I've reached you

After Greetings

after greeting
syawal night sunset

your name is glorified

complete my saum,
complete my night prayer
I am translating your verses
"Accept..."

My fasting, my
worship is only for you

this outfit is only worldly

my body belongs to god

accept accept make me lover
